Mother Love

We love Trees, We love Plants and flowers, We love animals,
We should love each other.
'20-10' is the year to spread LOVE

Have you ever stopped just for a moment to ponder and wonder what life
really is and the purpose of why we are all here? This place we call home
on our mother earth. We are born into this life as innocent children with
no worries not being afraid not thinking when the next meal is, not thinking
how much money can I earn today. As children we rely on our parents for
absolutely everything. Then we start to grow we start going to that place
called School the place where we are supposed to listen and learn.

What we are not told is will we get bullied will we fit in. Some of us are
able to drift through this process having friends playing and really having
a great time. For some it involves dread the suffering of pain from others
not knowing where to turn thinking what am i actually learning what am
I doing here. This brings me onto the next bit What have we learned at this
stage. Maths, Science, English, P.E, and religious education amongst other
subjects Surely the teachers missed something out. LOVE the art of loving
is so natural but so often is ignored . To lend a hand when someone needs
help, to listen when others have problems, to lend a shoulder when someone
cries to help give direction when someone feels lost. Love it doesn't cost
anything so lets start to use it more. How many times have you taken and
never given? Its so easy to take when people say me me me give it to me
they are denying themselves the chance to give. Giving feels so much better.

So I'm ending this month on this note. When you see a complete stranger
struggling ask if you can help. If you see your next door neighbour just say
hello might be the only conversation they have that day. When you see a
person drop money give it back to them they might be poorer than you.

Love.

It took your love to open my eyes,
I had been blind for years.
Many a Maid much to my surprise,
I had sadly driven to tears.
Some were comely to the sight,
Others had an innermost beauty.
All were charming without blight,
And I did my Gentlemanly duty.
Then you came along I was enraptured,
You were perfect in every way.
My heart you completely captured,
Now it was you that had the say.
Your love took my hardened heart,
I was putty in your sweet hands.
There was no inkling of a doubt,
My love for you speaks bands.

Valentine's Day
Valentine's Day
or Saint Valentine's Day
is a holiday celebrated on February 14 by
many people throughout the world. In the
English-speaking countries, it is the traditional
day on which lovers express their love for each
other by sending Valentine's cards,presenting
flowers,  or offering confectionery. The holiday is
named after two among the numerous
Early Christian martyrs named Valentine.
The day became associated with romantic love in
the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle
Ages, when the tradition of courtly love  flourished.
